Captain Mateo Restrepo scored the winner and Julian Mullin added the second as Ontario defeated Québec 2:0 in the U:15 Boys final at the 2012 All Stars in Mt. Pearl, NL.
Restrepo rose the highest to head home a lofted free-kick in the 47th minute before Malik Johnson fed a fine ball to Mullin who buried his left-footed effort 10 minutes later.
After seizing the 2:0 lead Ontario did well to control the match and didn’t allow Québec any clear-cut scoring opportunities in the final 20 minutes.
Danye St. Clair earned the clean sheet in goal for the Ontario U-15’s.
